1. Who we are

This site (“Wingman Tools”, “we”, “us”) is operated by PRO-DIGITAL UK LIMITED, United Kingdom. You can reach us at CHAIRMANOH@YAHOO.COM.

2. What we collect

  • Submitted text. The message, bio or conversation you paste into a tool is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not store this text on our servers.
  • IP address. We process your IP address to enforce the daily free-use limit. The IP is stored in a rate-limit cache (Upstash) for up to 24 hours and is not used for any other purpose.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs (timestamp, URL, user agent) for operational and security purposes.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

4. Third-party services

  • OpenAI— receives the text you submit to generate AI responses. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
  • Upstash — stores hashed IP-based rate-limit counters.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and stores standard request logs.
  • Google AdSense — serves advertisements and may set cookies.

5. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not retain submitted text or user accounts, the main data we can act on is the rate-limit cache tied to your IP. Contact us at CHAIRMANOH@YAHOO.COM for any request.
