By using Wingman Tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

Wingman Tools provides free, AI-assisted writing helpers. Use is limited to three submissions per tool per IP address per day. We may change these limits at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit text that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, infringing, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or use automated means to access the tools.
• Use the output to deceive, defraud, or impersonate another person.
• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the service.

4. AI output disclaimer

The tools use a third-party large language model. Output can be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before using it. We make no warranty that the output is fit for any purpose.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or accuracy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman Tools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
